Rockin’ Rich has put together the top blues musicians in the Niagara area to form Rich and the Poor Boys. This small group of bluesmen is creating the most exciting and vital blues music heard anywhere. Hearing and seeing them perform is a thrilling experience.  

 

Jerry Salfi on bass is a seasoned veteran who has the best bottom end of any bass player in the Niagara Region. Jerry has played professionally for more than 45 years. He has performed and recorded in Canada, the USA and the Caribbean and has recently completed five years and more than 1,000 nights with the house band at the CopaCabana in the entertainment district in Niagara Falls.                                    

 

 
 

Grant Marchand has played drums since his early teens. He has played drums for many great bands in Niagara region over the years and most recently with the long running Odyssey Blues Band in Port Dalhousie. He has performed with Niagara’s and Toronto’s top musicians. Grant has the sweetest shuffle this side of Chicago.

 

  Paul Sonier started off playing country but got bit by the blues bug. Paul is a virtuoso blues guitarist who can lay back and compliment the other members of the band or rip thru some of the most exciting solos you will ever hear. Paul is without a doubt one of the premier blues guitarists in Canada.
